Just walking takes more effort now
No time on ladders do I spend.
More frequent rests I’m prone to take
Toward daytime naps I oft will tend.
No freeways will I drive at night,
Just near my home, around the town.
For only in familiar spots
At night will I be ever found.
By physical change I’m no longer upset
I ‘m quite prepared for it to come
But what I dread most is the time that I find
My mental cells all have turned numb.
