Ethics
The actions some people have felt were all right
may now be considered as wrong,
but rather than standing by principles, they
will decide to “go blindly along”
Instead of reacting to a waving red flag
and electing to sound an alarm,
they’ll meekly absorb all the changes they see,
adopting them now as the “norm.”
What is seen by some people as a good thing today,
to others seem bad on the morrow.
When we permit ethics to change with the times.
the results are confusion and sor
